Saudi Arabia requires every Hajj and Umrah pilgrim to have the meningococcal ACWY vaccine. Nimenrix is a conjugate vaccine that covers the A, C, W and Y strains with 1 dose, and stays valid for 5 years, so it can cover future Umrah trips too. You get a vaccination certificate after your dose.
