Yes. Please fast for 8 to 10 hours beforehand. Water is fine during that time. A morning slot is usually the easiest way to manage the fasting.

A full screening of your blood sugar, cholesterol, liver, kidney, and thyroid function, along with your key vitamins and minerals such as vitamin D, B12, iron, calcium, magnesium, and zinc. The men's check also includes a PSA test for prostate health.

The panel is the same for both. The men's check adds one extra test, PSA, which screens for prostate health. Women's check: 17 tests. Men's check: 18 tests.
