Everything in the Vitals Check, plus your liver and kidneys. Changes in these organs rarely cause symptoms early on, so a yearly blood test is the easiest way to catch them. It's a good routine choice if diabetes or heart disease runs in your family.

• Complete blood count (CBC): Checks for anaemia, infection and overall blood health

• Fasting blood sugar (FBS): Screens for diabetes and prediabetes

• Lipid profile: Measures cholesterol and triglycerides for heart risk
