A simple pick-me-up for when you feel run down after a busy week, travel or time in the heat. The vitamins go straight into your bloodstream with fluids, so you're rehydrated at the same time.

• Normal saline (500 ml): Rehydrates and carries the ingredients
• Vitamin C (5 ml): Supports normal immune function
• Vitamin B Complex (2 ml): Helps the body turn food into energy
• Vitamin B12 (2 ml): Helps reduce tiredness

All drips are prepared in GMP-certified, ISO 9001:2015-compliant facilities.

• Have a light meal and a glass of water 1 to 2 hours before.
