            You can access the waiting room 30 minutes prior to your scheduled
            video appointment. In the waiting room, you can upload any
            prescription, documents, or images to share with your doctor.
            Additionally, there will be a small questionnaire for you to answer,
            that helps the doctor know more about you. At your scheduled time or
            once the doctor has started the call, you will see the option to
            'Join the call'. Click the button to join.

            The valid period for canceling booked appointments is up to 30
            minutes before the scheduled time. Go to 'your appointment', select
            the appointment you want to cancel, and you can cancel or reschedule
            your appointment.

            Quick booking is a feature for booking a video or in-person
            consultation at the earliest without any waiting period. It can be
            useful in cases where doctor preference is not necessary and when
            you need the fastest in-person or video consultation. Quick booking
            helps find the best option for you based on your requirements.
            Simply select the patient profile, specialty, type of consultation,
            and payment mode; the system will automatically show you the
            earliest available booking that is closest to you.

            How do I book a follow-up session with the same doctor on the app?

            After completing your consultation (in-person or video
            consultation), you will be able to book a follow-up appointment by
            following the below steps:
            <p>- Go to 'My Appointments'</p>
            <p>- Click on the Past Appointments</p>
            <p>- Select the appointment card to view the summary</p>
            <p>
              - In the appointment summary screen, you will be able to view the
              instructions of your follow-up appointment and you can initiate
              the process of booking your appointment by clicking 'Book
              Consultation'.

              - You will then be directed to the appointment screen where you
              can select your preferred date and time.
