              The valid period for rescheduling pre-booked appointments is up to
              30 minutes before the scheduled time.
            </p>
            <p>
              To reschedule your appointment, Go to 'your appointment', select
              the appointment you would like to reschedule. It will take you to
              the booking screen to pick a new slot.
            </p>

            In situations when we are unable to receive the fees from your
            insurance or from hospital systems, the appointment status appears
            as pending while our support team follows up on the same. Once the
            fee is reflected in our system, you will be notified. You can
            proceed with paying online or you can pay at the clinic as well.

            Can I check-in in myAster App when reach the clinic or I have to go
            to the clinic receptionist?

            15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, the "Check-In"
            button will be activated on your appointment details page. If all
            documents are accurate and complete, you can Check-In and receive a
            token at the clinic counter. If your documents are incomplete, you
            will receive a message to visit the reception.
