About myAster

myAster is Aster’s all-in-one digital healthcare app and platform that helps you manage your health, pharmacy needs, and medical services in one place. With myAster, you can access trusted healthcare services anytime, anywhere, including online pharmacy orders, prescription management, doctor consultations, clinic appointments, wellness services, and home healthcare, all through a single, easy-to-use app and website. myAster is Designed for individuals and families in the UAE, and KSA, it connects you to Aster’s healthcare ecosystem, combining digital convenience with real medical expertise.

Create your profile in simple steps:

Step 1: Register using a mobile number

Step 2: Verify OTP

Step 3: Complete your profile by entering your name, DOB, nationality and Emirates ID details (for digital health services only).

Once registered, you can use myAster to:

1. Order medicines and healthcare products online from Aster Pharmacy.

2. Upload, manage, and refill prescriptions digitally.

3. Book doctor appointments and video consultations

4. Access homecare and wellness services.

5. Manage health profiles for yourself and your family including your lab records and prescriptions.

6. Discover personalized health, wellness, and pharmacy recommendations.

You can book an appointment with any doctor in all specialties across all Aster Clinics and hospitals. myAster App will show you all the doctors available across all specialties, from General Medicines to Dental. Video Consultation is also offered by some selected specialties. myAster App is regularly updated with more doctors. You can look up your preferred specialty and doctor by clicking 'Specialities'. Alternatively, you can type it out in the search bar.

Currently, video consultation is provided by selected doctors in some specialities. To check which doctors are available for video consultation, you can easily filter by availability on the doctor listing page. Also, we have General Practitioner available for instant video consultaiton 16 hours a day from 8 Am to Midnight.

Schedule an appointment with your preferred doctor within seconds.

1. Find your preferred doctor from the doctor listing page, searching, or you can browse the specialty section to find the right doctor.

2. Click 'book appointment' and select the type of consultation you require, whether it is 'in-person or 'video consultation' "If avaialble".

3. Pick the suitable time slot and confirm your booking. If you have valid UAE medical insurance, you have the option of 'book via insurance'.

No, myAster app is designed to handle non-emergent medical problems. You should NOT rely on it if you are experiencing a medical emergency. For emergencies, please call Government emergency services.

Valid UAE medical insurance can be used on the myAster app as long as your insurance company covers the services you require. All you have to do is upload your Emirates ID to the app to complete your profile. Our team will be able to access and review your insurance details and add them to our system. Once our system accurately verifies all your details, the option of 'Pay Via Insurance' will appear while you are booking an appointment. You can pay using that option if your insurance company covers the doctor's consultation. If your insurance not added to the system yet, you still can use your insurnace in the clinic, select "pay at the clinic" and then you can use your insurnace in the clinic.

If the option for 'Pay via Insurance' does not appear while you are booking an appointment, click on Add Insurance. Select your insurance provider and enter your insurance card number. Our team will verify your insurance details, after which it will be automatically activated in the myAster App for your perusal. You still can use your insurnace in the clinic, select "pay at the clinic" and then you can use your insurnace in the clinic.

Video Consultation is permissible for all UAE residents and visitors whether they are in UAE or outside UAE
