Terms & Conditions – Walk for HER Challenge

The Walk for HER Challenge is organized by myAster as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

The challenge runs from 1 October 2026 to 28 October 2026, in four weekly cycles.

Participation in the challenge is voluntary and available only to eligible myAster users who meet the technical and eligibility requirements of the campaign.

For every 10,000 steps recorded by a participant during the challenge period, myAster will fund one (1) free mammogram.

Weekly rewards are limited to 1,000 beauty kits in total for the campaign, allocated to the first 1,000 eligible claims while stocks last. Participants may claim one beauty kit for each weekly cycle. Claims made after all kits have been allocated will not receive a reward.

Funded mammograms are provided at Aster Clinic Jubilee and booked through the myAster app. Eligibility, available slots, and booking conditions for funded mammograms are determined by myAster and its participating clinics. Funded mammograms have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, claimed, or redeemed by participants.

Participants who record at least 70,000 steps within a single weekly cycle are eligible for that week's reward. Steps do not carry over between weekly cycles.

myAster reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the challenge, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice, including changes to challenge mechanics, eligibility criteria, rewards, timelines, or availability.

myAster reserves the right to change, replace, or withdraw any voucher, reward, or benefit offered as part of the challenge, including the reward value, applicable products or services, and validity period.

Vouchers and rewards are subject to availability, individual limits, and specific conditions, and may be limited in quantity or redemption per user, per week, or per campaign.

All vouchers and rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Rewards are valid only for the specified validity period shown at the time of credit or claim. Expired vouchers or rewards cannot be reissued or extended.

Vouchers are applicable only to selected products, packages, or services as determined by myAster and its participating business units, and may not be valid across all categories or locations. Pharmacy-related rewards are valid online only on the myAster app and are not applicable in physical stores unless explicitly stated.

Completion of the challenge and the number of mammograms funded are based on step data received from connected health applications. myAster is not responsible for missing, delayed, or inaccurate data due to device limitations, third-party health apps, connectivity issues, or user permissions.

myAster reserves the right to disqualify users in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, manipulation, or violation of these terms, including abnormal activity or attempts to unfairly gain rewards. Steps recorded through such activity will not count toward funded mammograms.

By participating in the challenge, users agree to these terms and acknowledge that myAster's decisions regarding the campaign, rewards, funded mammograms, and eligibility are final and binding.
