Dr. Syam has more than 13 years of experience in medical practice, with over 6 years of experience in cardiology. He started his cardiology training from Trivandrum Govt Medical College, and from 2017 onwards, he has been treating cardiac patients. He has a vast experience in evaluation and management of chest pain, follow-up of patients who undergo coronary angioplasty and pacemaker implantation, evaluation of various cardiac arrhythmias, and management of heart failure patients.

He has performed more than 1000 coronary interventions, including coronary angiograms, primary and elective coronary angioplasties, and follow-up of such patients. He has a special interest in dealing with preventive cardiology and management of cardiac comorbidities like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and dyslipidemia.
