Dr. Samith Alva is a highly experienced Specialist Pediatrician with over 15 years of clinical expertise in Pediatric Infectious Diseases, Allergy, and Respiratory Medicine, along with extensive experience in General Pediatrics, Pediatric Critical Care, and Neonatal Intensive Care (Level III NICU).

After completing his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Pediatrics from the AJ Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalore, Dr. Samith began his career as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at AJIMS, where he was involved in the training of Medical Graduates and Postgraduate Students. He subsequently served as a Pediatric Consultant at A.J. Hospital and Research Centre, focusing on the Management of Complex Infections, recurrent Respiratory Illnesses, and Pediatric Allergic Disorders.

Before joining Aster Clinics, Dr. Samith worked at the renowned Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai, in the Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care and Post-Operative Cardiac Surgery Care Teams. His special Clinical interests include Recurrent Infections, Asthma and Wheezing Disorders, Allergic Rhinitis, Eczema, and Vaccine-preventable Diseases.
