Dr. Narayanan Subramanian

Dr. Narayanan Subramanian is a Specialist Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon with over seven years of total Clinical experience, including two years of specialized experience in Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery, supported by additional experience in General Surgery. He holds an MCh in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, along with MS and DNB in General Surgery, and has undergone focused Training in Hand and Reconstructive Surgery at the Institute for Research and Rehabilitation of Hand and Department of Plastic Surgery, Stanley Medical College, Chennai.

His Clinical expertise encompasses Hand and Microsurgery, Diabetic Foot Salvage, Limb Salvage, Brachial Plexus and Peripheral Nerve Surgery, complex Post-traumatic and Post-infective Reconstruction, Burn Surgery and Lower-limb Reconstruction. He has particular experience with Advanced Reconstructive Techniques including Microsurgery, Flap Reconstruction, Grafting and Propeller Flaps, with a focus on preserving Limb Function and achieving optimal Functional and Aesthetic outcomes.

He has also developed expertise in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Surgery and Non-surgical Rejuvenation, having completed a Certified Fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery from the Indian Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (IAAPS) under experienced Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. His academic achievements include receiving the prestigious Prof. M. Mohan Rao Gold Medal and securing third position in the Plastic Surgery Gold Medal Examination in Chennai.

Currently, Dr. Narayanan Subramanian is working as a Specialist Plastic Surgeon at Aster Cedars Hospital & Clinic, Jebel Ali, UAE, where he provides comprehensive Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgical Care, with particular interests in Hand Surgery, Microsurgery, Limb Salvage, Nerve Reconstruction, Diabetic Foot Surgery, Trauma Reconstruction and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
