Dr. Astha Mishra has been associated with Aster since 2009 . Apart from working as a full time specialist in Aster Clinic Al Khail Mall, she is also a visiting specialist at Aster and Medcare Hospital, performing routine and high risk obstetrics (delivery) and gynaecological procedures, including wide range of Laparoscopy procedures. She has extensive experience of more than 22 years in ultrasonography, infertility and Laparoscopy. She completed her MBBS in 1996 and MS in 2000 from Rajasthan University. She also received MRCOG (1), Basic Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Diploma in Gynae Endoscopy (Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy), and Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery. She started her career as a lecturer in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at The Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Jaipur and later joined Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, followed by working as a consultant at Fortis La Famme Hospital. She recently received a Fellowship in Cosmetic Gynecology and is also keen in setting up cosmetic gynecological practice in the clinic.
