How to Use

Diffuser: Add 5-10 drops of essential oil per 120 mL of water into an ultrasonic diffuser.
Massage: Add 3-6 drops of essential oil per 15 mL of carrier oil, such as jojoba, almond and coconut.
Bath: Add 8 drops of essential oil to 15 mL of carrier oil and swirl into warm bath water.
Spray Mist: Add 10-20 drops per 30 mL of filtered or distilled water in a fine mist sprayer. Shake well and mist into air.
