Xylolin Adult Nasal Spray - 10ml

Xylolin Adult Nasal Spray is a nasal decongestant medicine containing xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1%. It is used for the short term relief of nasal congestion and blocked nose associated with conditions such as common cold, sinusitis, hay fever, seasonal allergies, or allergic rhinitis when recommended by a doctor or pharmacist. Xylometazoline works by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal lining, which helps reduce swelling and open the nasal passages. This medicine is for nasal use only and should be used for a limited duration, as prolonged or frequent use may cause rebound congestion or nasal irritation. Possible side effects may include nasal dryness, burning sensation, sneezing, irritation, headache, nausea, nosebleed, or temporary nasal discomfort. These are not all the possible side effects.
