How to Use

Blow your nose to remove mucus before using Pediatric Respimar
Remove the protective cap (the first time, fit the diffuser in your accommodation)
Over the sink, tilt your head to one side
Gently insert the diffuser in one nostril
Exert a slight pressure on the diffuser to allow sea water to escape
Allow the drainage of excess sea water, in order to remove the mucus and blow your nose
Repeat the process in the other nostril
Clean the diffuser with water and dry
