Relipatch Diclofenac Medicated Plaster is a topical anti-inflammatory medication used for the local relief of pain and inflammation associated with sprains, strains, bruises, joint discomfort, and injuries affecting muscles, tendons, or ligaments. Each medicated plaster contains diclofenac epolamine 180mg, equivalent to diclofenac sodium 140mg. Diclofenac belongs to a group of medicines known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and works by reducing substances involved in pain, swelling, and inflammation. The plaster delivers the active ingredient directly to the affected area and should be applied only to clean, dry, and intact skin. Possible side effects may include redness, itching, irritation, rash, or a burning sensation at the application site. It should not be applied to wounds, infected skin, eczema, or mucous membranes and should be used according to the enclosed instructions.
