Omron M6 Comfort Blood Pressure Monitor HEM-7380-E is a clinically validated upper-arm device designed for accurate home monitoring of blood pressure, heart rate and possible atrial fibrillation. Its AFib mode takes 3 consecutive measurements and calculates the average to provide a more representative indication of morning or evening blood pressure. The device displays an alert when an irregular heartbeat is detected on 2 or more readings, indicating possible AFib that should be discussed with a healthcare professional rather than treated as a diagnosis. The Intelli Wrap Cuff fits upper arms measuring 22–42cm and supports accurate readings from different cuff positions, while Intellisense Technology controls inflation for a comfortable measurement. Memory for 2 users with 100 readings each, weekly morning and evening averages and a dual-screen comparison mode make long-term tracking easier. Bluetooth connectivity allows readings to be transferred to the OMRON connect app, and the monitor is clinically validated for general use, diabetes and pregnancy.
