How to Use

Wash hands thoroughly before use
Fill the bottle with lukewarm distilled or previously boiled water

Repeat on the other side and blow your nose gently

The regular premixed packets of pH balanced sodium chloride & sodium bicarbonate mixture (USP grade, natural ingredients, isotonic, preservative & iodine free), help to maintain moisture and pH-balance. The isotonic or hypertonic saline formula gently flushes out mucus, allergens, and irritants. Ideal for daily nasal hygiene or as a pre-medication rinse to enhance the effectiveness of nasal sprays.
