Ez-One 1.5mg Tablet

Ez One 1.5mg Tablet is an emergency contraceptive medicine containing levonorgestrel 1.5mg. It is used to help prevent pregnancy after unprotected sex or contraceptive failure, such as condom breakage or missed contraceptive pills, when taken as soon as possible after intercourse. Levonorgestrel is a synthetic hormone that works mainly by preventing or delaying ovulation and may also affect fertilization. It is not intended for routine contraception and does not terminate an existing pregnancy. Ez One should be taken as early as possible, ideally within 72 hours after unprotected sex, or as directed by a healthcare professional. It does not protect against sexually transmitted infections. Possible side effects may include nausea, vomiting, tiredness, headache, dizziness, breast tenderness, lower abdominal pain, spotting, or changes in the timing or flow of the next period. These are not all the possible side effects. Talk to your healthcare provider if vomiting occurs soon after taking the tablet, if your period is more than 7 days late, or if any side effect bothers you.
