Adol Paracetamol 100mg/ml Infant Drops are an alcohol-free analgesic and antipyretic medicine formulated for infants and young children to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever. The active ingredient Paracetamol works by reducing the production of chemical messengers involved in pain and temperature regulation, providing relief from discomfort while helping lower elevated body temperature. The concentrated infant-drop formulation contains 100mg of Paracetamol per ml and is suitable for managing common childhood discomforts such as teething pain, toothache, sore throat, and aches associated with colds and flu. It may also be used to reduce fever associated with common childhood illnesses and following vaccination when appropriate. The fruit-flavoured, alcohol-free formulation is designed to make administration easier for infants while providing effective pain and fever relief when used according to the recommended dose. Do not use together with any other medicine containing Paracetamol, and seek medical advice if symptoms persist or treatment is required for more than 3 days.
