Ans: myWellth is Aster’s group loyalty program. It is accepted at Pharmacies, Clinics, Opticals, myAster & hospitals (only OP). It is now bigger, better with more experiences.

Que: How can I join this program & is it free or subscription based?

Ans: Membership is absolutely free of charge. You can join by sharing your mobile number at any Aster touchpoint. If you are a registered customer of myAster then you are a member by default. You can also download myAster app and register.

Que: What will happen to my existing membership with Aster Secure program?

Ans: The identity of loyalty program Aster Secure has now changed to myWellth. Your Aster Secure membership will be automatically transitioned to myWellth without any effort from your side.

Que: I am already a member of Aster Secure. What will happen to my earned points?

Ans: Be rest assured that your existing points are valid as per the normal validity date. Nothing changes in terms of points balance and it's validity.

Que: What are the additional benefits of myWellth program compared to Aster Secure?

❌ Exclusions & Redemption Notes

• Pharmacy: No redemption allowed on ERX transactions.
• myAster Pharmacy: No redemption on orders below AED 50.
• Hospitals: IP & Emergency services are completely excluded.
• Clinics: Excludes Clinics in Abu Dhabi (AUH) & Access Clinics.

Que: What is the value of points earned?

Ans: Every 100 points are worth AED 1 across all Aster touchpoints.

Que: What is the validity of points?

Ans: Base points are valid for 365 days.

Terms and Conditions – Aster MyWellth Millionaire Campaign June’25

General Conditions:

This campaign is run by Aster DMHC for the members of its loyalty program (Aster MyWellth) members in the UAE.

Aster DMHC and its affiliates reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign without prior notice.

Any fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate the campaign will result in disqualification.

By participating in the campaign, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

The campaign is open to all Aster MyWellth Loyalty Program members, the existing ones & the newly enrolled ones as well.

Participants must transact at any of the entities under Aster DMHC in the UAE during the campaign period to qualify. The entities are –

Aster Pharmacy

Aster Clinics

Aster Hospitals

Aster Opticals

myAster mobile app

Campaign Period:

The campaign runs from 19th June 2025 to 18th July 2025.

Total 4 winners would be selected.

4 winners will be selected based on the following transactional periods:

Winner 1: Transactions between 19th June to 25th June 2025 – Draw date 26th June 2025

Winner 2: Transactions between 26th June to 2nd July 2025 – Draw date 3rd July 2025

Winner 3: Transactions between 3rd July to 9th July 2025 – Draw date 10th July 2025

Winner 4: Transactions between 10th July to 18th July 2025 – Draw date 19th July 2025

Entry Details:

To qualify, customers have to make a transaction at the respective entity. For example, during the draw to identify winner from clinics, those customers are qualified who made a transaction at clinics during the contest period.

There is no threshold of minimum value of purchase.

Anyone who has been a member of Aster secure (Now myWellth) qualifies as per the transaction criteria mentioned above.

During contest period new enrolments are also eligible provided they make transactions.

Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected through Aster’s in-house randomiser tool to ensure fairness and transparency.

The selection process will be independently validated to ensure compliance.

Prizes:

Each winner will receive 1 million Aster MyWellth points credited to their loyalty account.

The redemption value of 1 million points is AED 10,000 (ten thousand UAE dirhams).

Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

The reward points will be credited to the winner’s Aster MyWellth account and the validity of the points will be 1 year from the date of issuance.

Winners can redeem these points in Aster Pharmacy, Aster Opticals, Aster Clinics Aster Hospitals (only OP & Pharmacy) & on the myAster mobile app.

Notification:

Winners will be contacted via the registered contact details linked to their Aster MyWellth loyalty account.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the announcement, Aster reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Winner will have to sign a consent letter on acceptance of the reward prize. By signing the consent letter , the winner would confirm that they are willing to allow Aster MyWellth or Aster Pharmacies Group LLC and its affiliates to use their photograph and/or video for any marketing initiatives related to Aster MyWellth such as, including but not limited to, illustrations, bulletins, reprints, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the Internet. 

Privacy:

By entering the campaign, participants consent to their personal data being processed in line with Aster’s privacy policy for campaign purposes.

Dispute Resolution:

In case of any disputes, Aster’s decision will be final and binding.
