Sinecod Baby Oral Drops are an oral cough suppressant used for the temporary relief of dry, irritating and non-productive cough in infants and children. The active ingredient butamirate citrate acts centrally on the cough reflex to reduce the frequency and intensity of coughing without belonging to the opioid group of cough medicines.
