Description
Jordan Clinic Brush Between Interdental Brushes For Gum Health comes with a unique bristle cut called WaveCut™ for optimal cleaning of the interdental space. The tapered shape is designed to easily enter the interdental space and to clean around the teeth corners. The bristles are shorter giving you maximum friction and brushing action in the interproximal space between your teeth. The wire is also coated with plastic, which makes it flexible and gentle to your gums and enamel, but still strong. The soft rubber handle is designed to give you a comfortable, controlled hold. There are 10 brushes in each pack. Jordan Clinic interdental brushes helps to prevent gum disease by getting rid of pieces of food and plaque from between your teeth. These have small bristled heads designed to clean between your teeth, and they come in 0.7 mm width size to suit the sizes of the gaps. Jordan Clinic interdental brushes are also available in small, medium and x-small sizes. Find the size that best suits you.
BENEFITS
Helps to get rid of pieces of food from between your teeth
Effectively cleanses between teeth, around bridges, crowns, implants and braces
Reduces tooth decay and prevents gum disease
Allows you to examine your teeth regularly
Massages gums to stimulate blood flow, reaching where brushes can't and where floss wouldn't be efficient
HOW TO USE
Aim to clean your teeth with interdental brushes once a day before brushing. Use a brush appropriate for the size of the space between your teeth - you may need to use more than one size. Insert the brush gently between your teeth, and try a smaller brush size if it feels too tight - don't try to force the brush into the space. Move the brush gently back and forth a few times in each interdental space. Don't use regular toothpaste, since it contains abrasives. Work round the whole of your mouth so you don't miss any of the spaces.
When you first start using interdental brushes, your gums may be tender and bleed a little as you start to get rid of any plaque build-up. Carry on using the brushes, and the bleeding should reduce as your gums become healthier. If you're still getting bleeding after a few days, get advice from your dentist. They can check if you're using the interdental brushes correctly.
