Adol PM Caplets contains Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride and Paracetamol as active ingredients. Adol PM Tablet works by increasing the pain threshold and increases the blood flow across the skin, heat loss and sweating; suppressing the the histamine-1 receptor sites on effector cells. It effectively relieves different types of mild to moderate pain such as headache, migraine, backache, rheumatic aches, period pain, toothache, pain following dental procedures, and discomfort that accompanies cold, flu, and sore throat. It provides temporary relief of occasional headaches and minor aches and pains with accompanying sleeplessness.
