    A one‑time test is considered completed when sample collection has been done (blood/urine collected). After this point, cancellation and refunds are disabled because lab processing has already started.
    You can cancel any time before your sample collection is completed. Once collection is done, cancellation and refunds are no longer available as your sample will have already entered lab processing.
    You have 14 days from receiving your lab report to cancel and request a partial refund. You are eligible for a partial refund (processed manually), based on the services already used. After the 14-day window, you can still cancel at any time, and this will stop future subscription renewals / billing, but no refund is issued for the current paid period.
    Thrive annual package includes a 14‑day money‑back guarantee, subject to eligibility rules. Eligibility is based on cancelling within 14 days after the first report is released. A partial refund amount will be processed depending on policy and the services already used (for example, home collection and lab processing).

    Your subscription is billed annually. Your renewal date is based on the date of your first purchase — so if you subscribed on March 1st, you'll be billed again on March 1st the following year. You'll receive a reminder 7 days before each renewal.
    Any tests not used before your renewal date will expire. Each renewal cycle gives you a fresh set of two tests — unused tests from a previous cycle do not carry over, so we recommend booking both collections within your subscription year.
    If we're unable to process your renewal payment, your subscription will enter a short grace period of 2 days. During this time, no new tests are added to your account. You'll need to update your payment details and complete the payment via the app. If payment isn't resolved within 2 days, your subscription will be canceled automatically.
