    Family Members

    Aster - We'll Treat You Well

    Family members can be added to the Family Members Section. On your Dashboard, click 'More Menu' and select Family Section. Add a new member and complete their profile, upload an identity proof (Emirates ID or Passport copy). Once our team validates your family members' details, you will be able to manage your family's records in the app.

    A family member can be removed in the Family Members Section. You will need to visit the 'Manage Family Members' section under 'More Menu' in order to remove any family members from your list.
    You can book an appointment for your family members. Make sure to select your family member's profile on the booking screen and follow the same procedure.
    Once you have completed your profile, our support team takes 2-6 hours to review, verify documents and update your insurance. However, during this process, you can book an appointment. Your appointment bookings will not be affected.
