How to Use

Nausea and Vomiting: 1 capsule before the two main meals.
Pregnant Nausea: 1 capsule per day at night in case of morning sickness, or in the morning if nausea appear in the evening. If required pregnant can take 1 capsule at morning and evening.
Motion Sickness: 1-2 capsule before the trip.
Heartburn and Gas: 1 capsule during or after meal.
