How to Use

Prior to application, clean the wound
Lomatuell H should be then applied overlapping the wound edges by approximately 1 cm.
With heavily exuding wounds, a high absorbency dressing should be applied on top. With moderately to slightly exuding wounds, a gauze or nonwoven dressing will be suffcient. After liquefaction and absorption of the Vaseline (Paraffin), Lomatuell H should be removed. As a rule, this effect takes approximately 1-3 days.

Lohmann Rauscher Lomatuell H is ready to use tulle saturated with white Vaseline and covered on both sides with glassine, for gentle treatment of superficial wounds. The wide mesh tulle and white Vaseline enables atraumatic dressing changes and ensures an undisturbed wound rest period and supports the natural course of healing.
