Julphar Scopinal 10 mg Tablets contains Hyoscine-N-butyl bromide as active ingredient. It is used as antispasmodic for the treatment of cramps (spasms) of the stomach, intestines, and bladder. Its anticholinergic action exerts a smooth-muscle relaxing/spasmolytic effect. Hyoscine is also prescribed by health care practitioner for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, spastic colon, spastic disorders of the biliary tract, spastic pain in dysmenorrhea etc.
