GyneFer Soft Gelatin Capsule is a patented, next-generation iron with a microcapsule that protects it from the acidic pH of the stomach, avoiding gastric side effects, such as nausea and vomiting. Gynefer contains Ferginate®, patented iron of last generation for deficiency states and increased iron needs. It is progressively released into the duodenum upon contact with bile salts, preventing the accumulation of free iron in the gut, avoiding intestinal side effects such as diarrhea, constipation, proliferation of pathogenic bacteria and alteration gut microbiota.
