Foundayo 0.8mg is an FDA approved prescription only oral GLP-1 pill for adults with obesity, or some adults with overweight who also have weight-related medical problems to reduce excess body weight and maintain weight reduction long term, alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. Foundayo contains Orforglipron which works by activating GLP 1 receptors in the body helping reduce appetite increase feelings of fullness and support better control over food intake. This makes it easier to follow a healthy weight loss routine when used under proper medical supervision. The tablet is taken once daily at any time of day with or without food and does not require special food or water restrictions. Treatment usually begins with 0.8mg once daily and may be increased gradually after at least 30 days at each dose level to help reduce stomach related side effects.
Foundayo tablets should be swallowed whole and should not be crushed broken or chewed. Use of Foundayo with other GLP-1 receptor agonist medicines is not recommended. The most common side effects of Foundayo include nausea, constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, indigestion, stomach (abdominal) pain, headache, swollen belly, feeling tired, belching, heartburn, gas, and hair loss.
