How to Use

Use as prescribed by your Doctor only.
General dosage for Children above 1 until 5 years of age: The recommended dose is 2.5 ml of oral solution once a day
Children from 6 to 11 years of age: The recommended dose is 5 ml (one 5 ml spoonful) of oral solution once a day.
Adults and adolescents 12 years of age and over: The recommended dose is 10 ml (two 5 ml spoonful) of oral solution once a day.
Not recommended for children below 1 year of age.

Description

Aerius 0.5mg/ml oral syrup is an non sedating, long acting antiallergy medicine that helps to control allergic reactions and symptoms. Aerius contains 0.5mg of desloratadine per ml and this oral formulation relieves symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis like sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy palate, and itchy, red or watery eyes. It also helps to relieve symptoms of hay fever and allergy to dust mites in adults, adolescents and children 1 year of age and older. Aerius oral solution is also used to relieve the symptoms associated with urticaria.
