Description

Optimal 0.025% Topical Cream contains Tretinoin which is a retinoic acid which is effective in the treatment of acne vulgaris. It may decrease the number and severity of acne pimples and promote quick healing of pimples that do develop. Usually it takes 2-3 weeks for a therapeutic effect to be noticed and more than 6 weeks for beneficial effects to appear.

How to Use

Use as prescribed by your Dermatologist only.
Apply this cream preferably in the evening to avoid photosensitivity.
Squeeze a pea-size amount onto your fingertips and apply as as thin layer followed by a moisturizer.
Complement with a broad spectrum high SPF sunscreen during the day.
Side effects: Redness, peeling, skin purging initially.
SAFETY ADVICE: Do not layer with other skin care actives like Salicylic acid or chemical exfoliants like glycolic acid.
