Description
Cataflam coated tablets contains an active ingredient diclofenac potassium 50mg which belongs to a group of non-steroidal inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). NSAIDs reduce pain and inflammation associated with joint, muscle or tendon pain, attacks of gout, pain and swelling caused after surgery, sprains, strains and other injuries, menstrual pain in periods, painful ear, nose and throat infection and migraine attacks. Diclofenac potassium is indicated for short-term treatment for the relief of acute pain & swelling and they have no effect on the causes of inflammation.

HOW TO USE
Use as prescribed by your Doctor only.
Take Cataflam by mouth. Swallow the tablets whole with a drink and before a meal or on an empty stomach. Do not crush, chew or suck the tablets
Recommended for adults and adolescents above 14 years of age.
General dosage: The recommended starting dose is 100 mg to 150 mg each day
Do not exceed more than 150mg per day or as directed.
For painful periods, the recommended starting dose is 50 mg to 100 mg as soon as you feel the first symptoms or as directed.
