QV Face Cleansing formula that is gently formulated for the face is pH balanced and is suitable for normal, dry or sensitive skin. Safflower Oil replenishes the natural moisture level of the skin to improve skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine line and wrinkles. Safflower Oil is an occludent moisturiser which assists in reducing the effect of moisture loss.
